The hazards of laser smoke
The harmful smoke generated during laser marking, engraving, cutting and welding is very harmful to human health and the core components of the machine. The smoke diffuses in the machine for a long time, which will damage the laser cutting head and servo motor. If it is discharged into the air and inhaled for a long time, it is easy to cause various respiratory poisoning and occupational diseases. If you do not deal with these harmful exhaust gases or deal with them incompletely, the stench will not only cause dissatisfaction among employees and resign, but also complaints and penalties from surrounding neighbors and environmental protection departments. Therefore, it is urgent to choose a waste gas treatment method.

Treatment
1. Direct external discharge: install high-power exhaust fans and pipes to discharge outdoors (some are discharged from high altitude or sewers). Disadvantages: cannot be moved at will, the high-power exhaust fans required for complex pipelines are very power-consuming, the effect of high-level discharge and sewers in reducing odor is very small, and a strong odor will also be generated within a certain distance around.
2. External discharge through water: install a spray tower outside the workshop, and the exhaust gas is discharged outdoors after being sprayed with water. This effect is not much better than high-level discharge and sewer discharge, the purification rate is generally below 40%, and the cost is relatively high.
3. Smoke purifier: The smoke enters the internal filtration system of the equipment through the smoke pipe and is discharged on site. The filtration system consists of a physical and chemical multi-level filtration system with a purification rate of up to 99%, which can remove smoke and pungent odors. Low power consumption, no need for external discharge, no installation, and can be moved with the processing location. Under the strong negative pressure of the turbine fan, the polluted air enters the air inlet through the duct and first hits the spoiler in the air inlet, which disturbs the incoming gas and slows down the flow rate. Due to gravity sedimentation, the coarse dust particles fall directly into the large dust port, which plays a role in pre-dust removal. After the fine-grained and low-density dust particles enter the dust filter chamber, the dust in the air stays on the surface of the filter element, and the clean air after filtration enters the air chamber and is collected by the exhaust pipe through the fan and discharged to the outlet.
