Structure type: Using boom pinch structure Hydraulic guide plate is used to assist the structure. The hydraulic system of the machine is equipped with a water cooling device to facilitate the user to control the oil temperature. The main drive uses the gear, cylinder and rack mechanism. The bending direction of the pipe is the top view, the hour hand is the direction of the bend.
Bending process: the equipment meets the requirements of the drawings provided. The quality of the product is not lower than the actual sample and the deformation of the bending part is not more than 5%. The mold is provided by the requirement proofing tube. The surface of the bent tube has no wrinkles. After bending, there are no grooves and pressure marks on the surface of the tube due to bending.
